Ms. Bryana
Director
Ms. Bryana was born and raised in Southern Vermont. She has three children: Owen, Grace, and Easton. She moved to Fredericksburg in 2018, became the lead 3-Year-Old teacher in 2019, and the Director in 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensics. She has worked in the early childhood education field for eighteen years and has a passion for teaching and working with children and families. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling back home to Vermont, photography, shopping, and kayaking.
Ms. Grace
Assistant Teacher, 3s Class
Ms. Grace is a 2025 MVHS graduate. She began working our summer program in 2023 and has since become our 3s classroom assistant. She is the daughter of Ms. Bryana and the middle child between her two brothers, Owen and Easton. She loves cats, music, thrifting, and going to concerts. Ms. Grace has been a wonderful addition to the RBCP family!
Ms. Sharlene
Lead 4-Year-Old Teacher
Ms. Sharlene was born and raised in Fredericksburg. She has two sons, Carter and Carson, and two grandchildren, Carson and Eden. Ms. Sharlene is the children's minister here at RBC and has been a part of the church since 1966! Ms. Sharlene is one of our two lead 4-year-old teachers. She loves the Miami Dolphins, Baltimore Orioles, Washington Capitals, L.A. Lakers, old country music, working with children, and spreading the Gospel.
Ms. Melissa
Lead 4-Year-Old Teacher
Ms. Melissa is married and has four children. She was born in Honduras and does an amazing job teaching our students Spanish each week! She joined our staff in 2022 after her youngest child began kindergarten! Fun fact: 3 out of 4 of Ms. Melissa's children attended RBCP! Ms. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, getting her nails done, and making people smile.
Ms. Meredyth
Substitute Teacher
Ms. Meredyth has lived in Virginia for the majority of her life. She is married to her husband, Danny, and has two children: Emma and Tyler. Meredyth has been part of the RBCP family since 2018. She enjoys camping with her family, reading and Starbucks coffee!
Ms. Lauren
Substitute Teacher
Ms. Lauren has three children and lives in Fredericksburg. She joined our staff in 2023 after her youngest child graduated from our preschool. She has a love for horses and spends her spare time at the barn. Ms. Lauren brings patience, kindness, and a love for learning into her classroom.
Ms. Maya
Lead Teacher
Ms. Maya joined the RBCP staff in 2024. She resides in Fredericksburg with her husband and three children. She has a love and passion for animals and owns a cat, snake, dogs, horses, cockroaches (yes, cockroaches), goats, chickens, and pigs! Ms. Maya is an extremely talented artist who always brings fun and creativity to her classroom. When she's not in the classroom she is at the barn riding her horses.
Ms. Gina
Lead Teacher
Ms. Gina has been a part of the RBCP family for 10+ years. She and her husband reside in Fredericksburg but travel frequently to New York and Florida to visit family.
