Ms. Bryana
Director
Ms. Bryana was born and raised in Southern Vermont. She has three children: Owen, Grace, and Easton. She moved to Fredericksburg in 2018, became the lead 3-Year-Old teacher in 2019, and the Director in 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensics. She has worked in the early childhood education field for eighteen years and has a passion for teaching and working with children and families. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling back home to Vermont, photography, shopping, and kayaking.
Ms. Ryleigh
Support Staff
Ms. Ryleigh is a senior in high school and offers support to preschool students and staff throughout the summer and school year. She is the daughter of Ms. Lauren and the middle child between her older brother and younger sister. She loves cows, horses, fishing, babysitting, and all things outdoors! Ms. Ryleigh has been a wonderful addition to our RBCP family!
Ms. Sharlene
Lead 4-Year-Old Teacher
Ms. Sharlene was born and raised in Fredericksburg. She has two sons, Carter and Carson, and two grandchildren, Carson and Eden. Ms. Sharlene is the children's minister here at RBC and has been a part of the church since 1966! Ms. Sharlene is one of our two lead 4-year-old teachers. She loves the Miami Dolphins, Baltimore Orioles, Washington Capitals, L.A. Lakers, old country music, working with children, and spreading the Gospel.
Ms. Melissa
Lead 4-Year-Old Teacher
Ms. Melissa is married and has four children. She was born in Honduras and does an amazing job teaching our students Spanish each week! She joined our staff in 2022 after her youngest child began kindergarten! Fun fact: 3 out of 4 of Ms. Melissa's children attended RBCP! Ms. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, getting her nails done, and making people smile.
Ms. Meredyth
Lead 2-Year-Old
& Lead 3-Year-Old Teacher
Ms. Meredyth has lived in Virginia for the majority of her life. She is married to her husband, Danny, and has two children: Emma (20) and Tyler (10). Meredyth has been part of the RBCP family since 2018 when she began working as the assistant 2-year-old teacher and specials teacher. Ms. Meredyth continues to lead in both the 2-year-old and lead 3-year-old classrooms. She enjoys camping with her family, reading and Starbucks coffee!
Ms. Lauren
Lead 3-Year-Old Teacher
Ms. Lauren has 3 children and lives in Fredericksburg. She joined our staff in 2023 after her youngest child graduated from our preschool. She has a love for horses and spends her spare time at the barn.
