We believe as we live life together we will be able to more effectively display the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ to our community!
Everyone is encouraged to join a Life Group as we live life together in community as the people of God! If you have any questions, please contact Associate Pastor Richard Lavoie at rlavoie@richlandbaptist.com or call the church office.
What is a Life Group?
A LIFE Group is a small number of people (10-12) both churched and unchurched that gather in host homes as they participate in unique Bible-based studies and share life together in community.
Why Should I Join a Life Group?
There are many reasons to join a Life Group! Just as the early church did, we will get together regularly in community to share a meal, study the Scriptures, serve people who are in need, and have fun together. Joining a Life Group is the best way to meet other people and apply what we learn to our lives.
What are the Goals?
To help us connect deeper with each other in the body of Christ here at Richland. To help us connect with our family, friends, and community as we seek to reach others with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
To help us grow more like Christ as we live Life in Community together.
To impact our community with the love of Christ so many more can live the abundant life God desires us all to experience.

What Happens in a Life Group?
Groups will gather together every week to participate in a Bible-based study. Time together would include Bible study and application, prayer, worship and an outreach focus. Also, as a natural byproduct of all this, the people in the groups will experience true community and will be a snapshot of what the original Church in Acts looked like. Again, the goal of each group is to encourage and challenge each other to live the LIFE God has for each of us.

-Hebrews 10:24-25 NIV
"Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin."
